Wedding ShoesOK, you are on your way to the best day of your life and now your looking for all those accessories to make your outfit complete.  You have the dress but you have not found the wedding shoes.  The next question that goes through your mind is are all wedding shoes the same.  No, they are not.  Of course you have the flats, the pumps, and the stilettos. Yes, these are important features but you need to look past that for a minute.  Take into account that you will be in these shoes for the better full day.  Sometimes 6 to 10 hours depending on how large your wedding may be.  Do you want to be in a pair of shoes that will leave your feet blistered and uncomfortable for this amount of time.  I would think not.  So here are few tips.

1.  What environment will you be in for your wedding.  Is this a beach wedding, a church wedding or something different.  Once this is figured out, plan to buy a wedding shoe that will make sense for the environment.  Would you buy stilettos for a sandy beach wedding.  No, in that case you may want to get flats.  Just plan accordingly.

2.  How long is the wedding?  Now, I realize that some women can stay in heels for hours and not have a worry.  But, some can’t and you need to realize what you can and can’t do.  Let the time dictate the type of shoe your going to wear.

3.  Does the shoe your going to pick give you the kind of support that you need and does the shoe give enough cussion.

These are just a small subset of things to look for when looking to purchase your wedding shoes.  Plan accordingly and you should have a very uneventful ceremony.
